ALYSSA CASSESE

Alyssa Cassese was born and raised in the not-on-the-map hamlet of Franklin Square, NY, where, at the ripe age of eleven, decided that they were destined to write queer fantasy novels. ​

Five years and one publication later, they stumbled headfirst into musical theatre and decided to see if performing had any kick (spoiler alert: it did). They most recently finished up a BFA in Musical Theatre from Pace University. When not performing on stage, on screen, or behind the mic, you can find Alyssa writing, reading, watching YouTube video essays, playing with slime, shopping for funky earrings, and eating Oreos.
